Disrespectful manager
I had oil change twice previously they said I needed tie rod ends and swaybar links. I said I would have my Mechanic do the work since I felt it was overly priced when my mechanic did the work. He said I did not need Tyrod ends just a swaybar links that he felt that they were trying to charge me when I question the manager are you going to tell me I need other work done as well and he said we don’t do that we only tell you what needs to be done and they said that if it needs to be done, it needs to be done. He got really nasty with me when I said I already had the work done and that I didn’t need half of it done that they were saying needed to be done. He proceeded to say take my business elsewhere and get out of his shop and don’t come back. Have someone else do the oil changes from now on and he did this in front of five other people so yeah, I will not refer anyone to Midas. If you’re going to try to sell work that needs to be done. That really doesn’t need to be done or is wrong.
