Absolutely terrible and mismanaged
Midas serviced my car, within a week, all of the issues were back after over $1000 of repairs. Spoke to corporate who said I was overcharged, and it seems this is common at this location. I went into the store was spoken down to and told that everything was my fault, when it was obvious the work was not done correctly in the first place--offered no apology or solution, basically told to f' off. Pursuing legal action for the liability and claims of "doing work" when nothing was done--fraud.

Expensive, and the Midas card cost me 60 points on my credit score
The Midas card only was approved for 25% of my total service cost despite having a 750 score, and lowered my credit score by 60 points.
I appreciate that my car was fixed for the short term, but the long term effects to my financials make me wish I had simply put that $500 on an credit account I already had open.

Samuel, We sorry that you only got approved for 25% of what you needed. However the Midas Credit card does have 6 moths at 0 percent if paid in full so theres a plus. Im not sure why you gave us a 2 star reguarding your financing that is out of our control. It seems like you are very proactive with your credit and your timly payments will help your socre go up and also establish twards your available credit when paid of. Thanks Candi

Amazing quick service
There was an issue with my intake manifold that got broken during a replacement of the exhaust and they no questions asked fixed it with a one day turn around. No questions asked. Definitely a really good experience.

problems with the Mercedes
Dropped of the car so that Candi Smith and the team could check it out.... WOW! I knew things weren't right , but OMG... Candi sent me a email with the problems and videos showing me lots of things wrong...
Had her and the team correct somethings and she printed out items that she says I should go to a transmission shop... she gave me a ride home and then came and picked me up.... if anyone wants great service, go to MIDAS

Great Customer Service
The Midas Groton location was the first shop I took my vehicle to that actually addressed the problems I had instead of just resetting my car's computer. This is now my go-to location for any car needs I have. Also, I forgot the name of the woman who was at the counter & answering phone calls but she has great customer service. I think it was Danielle but I'm terrible with names so I'm unsure. Thank you anyway!

Horrific!
I asked to have them look at my ABS clicking when stopping and fix it. They said I had a bad c.v. and axle On right front side. I had them replace this to solve problem. On returning my car the ABS was still clicking when I came to a stop. They had not fixed problem. I realized I got ripped off for something that did not need fixing. I would like a full refund for the cost ($701.92)of the work performed. Mail check to Kenneth Garstka 37 Highland Dr. Left are CT 06339, Invoice No. 210325 Groton CT Shop #32. 4710. Also, while waiting for my car another customer complained that they had new tires out on his car that he did not authorize. It appears that this shop is not being honest with its customers.
