Lack of CARE!
I booked online work to to be done on my jeep. New tires put on, alignment, balance. The girl called me next day to verify it. She was "ok. no problem. blah blah." I drop it off night before. At 2pm next day I called to see if it was done. They didn't even look at it. They talked to me like they didn't even know they had a jeep there. They had no clue what iu was talking abt. I explained to the girl on the phone what was needed, how I got called to verify appt. No clue! No care. So she was like "We should get this done blah blah. call u when it's done." At 4pm no call. So I go there to get it. I walked in. They had no clue what I was talking abt. They had no clue that there was jeep. They have ZERO CARE! All they said was that there was "no ticket." They didn't bother to check the computer for order. They did nothing! The lack of CARE is so evident! Do not go this one! I called corporate complained. I can't express how mad I am right now!
