Upon my first contact with Alex Raposo, I was very impressed with the Friendly, Knowledge, and Professionalism that your staff displayed, not only on the phone but in person as well. He took the time to explain everything to me. After diagnosis, he contacted me as I had requested with the diagnosis of my vehicle. My vehicle was completed in a very timely manner, and I will be sure to utilize their services in the future. Thank You!

Never asked what type of oil. Made the appt over phone so I know he pulled up my info of prior service at Midas. When it came time to settle up for oil change and inspection sticker he til me the price I was taken back. He put synthetic oil instead of the lesser brand. When I questioned it he said that is what I always used but I
Looked back I save all that info I always got the $29.99 oil chg. Nit happy with him
