Not the nicest and most helpful. A little bit rude. Expected me to know what was wrong with my vehicle's rough idling, on and off check engine light. I don't expect my patients to k ow why they are not feeling well. I examine them and run tests. The guy actually told me "bye" when I asked him to look at the car and diagnose what is wrong with it.
