Just came in for a simple oil change and service. Tired of nonsense at the dealership. They found a problem caused by previous service (dealership) and showed me immediately. Then immediately began searching for replacement parts and didn’t hesitate when I asked for upgraded parts. They were able to get me moving temporarily until the new parts arrive. These are car guys! Not computer techs and parts replacers.
