Quick, Friendly Service
First time at Mickey's at the suggestion of my brother, a long-time client. I found there was something hanging off under my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. Called to make an appointment and was able to get in quickly. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! Called to the desk that my vehicle was ready and was told that it was part of the exhaust housing where the bolts had eroded. He said that the exhaust itself was fine, so no need to replace anything at this time. They just wired everything up back in place and said "No Charge" WHAAAAT? Never in all my years with any of my vehicles have I heard those words from a service station! They thanked ME for coming in! So nice. So kind. No wonder my brother raves about them! Being new to the area, I appreciated the recommendation and will look no further for a mechanic! (My other vehicle is a 2009 Honda Pilot who needs a little TLC from time to time) I will definitely be back and jump on the rave wagon!! Thanks Mickey's, for your outstanding customer service!
