It was snowing and I was able to get my car in an hour and a fast and efficient time. Also they were very friendly greeting me when I came in highly recommend it.
Latosca said she had to have her alignment done twice. The technician later informed her that the rim on her tire was bent, which she would have gladly replaced if informed the first time prior to having to return. She is not completely satisfied with the repairs that have been done with her blinker light and something is now leaking.
Isha said she took her vehicle to get fixed and when she picked it up, it still had issues and was not working. She has been without a vehicle for 4 days. She stated she wonders why they returned the vehicle to her if it isn't fixed.
Casandra said the customer service was excellent. She has a broken ankle and they made sure she was good with her ankle, she didn't have to go inside or get out of her vehicle. She said they took good care of her.
