As usual, longer wait than told.
This has been a running theme over the last couple years, service always takes much longer than they tell me. I have taken my Truck only to Michales for 10 years. It is hard to plan your day when you are told 1 hour and it takes 3.

Added some new random charges to the oil change
Speed of service was good but in the end I had some additional bogus charges appear on the statement that made the price go up 20% from previous oil change.
Guess its too hard not to scam people as a dealership.

Mixed Experience at Michael’s
I told them my car battery was low, but I still expected them to actually measure the battery during my inspection. Apparently they did not.


I also confirmed my appointment over 2 weeks ago and had an email from Michael’s. When I got to the service department 20 mins ahead of the appointment, they said they couldn’t find my info even after I showed them the email. 🤔

Good service, bad automated phone attendant
Service was fine, getting to talk to a person, almost impossible. If you call and don’t get a live person and leave a message, the system knows your number, and knows you left a message, so it doesn’t put your call through. Had to use my wife’s phone to get a live person. And yes, I sent some texts, that didn’t work either.
