Transmission problems
Visiting DC from Indiana. Transmission failed. Picked metro from AAA and good reviews. Omar was fantastic, called to give me updates every couple hours. I felt the diagnosis was accurate and priced fairly. Car was repaired in one day and drove it back to Indiana with no issues.

Peace of Mind
I am so grateful for the Jermey and the team. They have spent a lot of hours fixing many things wrong with my Jeep. Now it is finally at the point to where it functions properly and I can travel again. After-hours Tow and Repairs
Motor could have someone tow my car quicker. They could and did! They got a tow truck to me in 20 mins. The tow cost $150, but I think it was totally worth it. The tow guy did a great job and had me over to Metro Motor in a jiffy. The Metro Motor attendant that I talk to on the phone previously was waiting for me and they let me leave my car there overnight so they could start working on it in the morning. Jeremy Logsdon the ops manager did a great job keeping me informed of progress. I was extremely pleased with the repairs and I'm certain it cost less at Metro Motor than taking it to the Audi dealer. Additionally, I've had my Audi for over 17 years and after their replacement of the clutch cables, the tension in the clutch felt better than it ever did before.

Extremely Friendly Service
Jeremy and Moe are so wonderful. They helped with a quick tire fix on my rental from Enterprise so I can drive safely back up North. While Enterprised helped in no way whatsoever-even after escalating the situation to management. They were so nice and accommodating. I will always be grateful to them and will definitely keep them in mind whenever I'm in town.
