Poor customer service
The receptionist is very rude. Hung up on me twice. Transferred me to a voicemail that didn’t work multiple times.

Great service!
They helped me out when the other Kia dealer in town literally left me stranded with a towed telluride due to other dealer mistake in not replacing gear...

No response from management
Was supposed to hear back from manager last week Monday. Didn't. Gave them 2 follow up emails since it was a weird week. Nothing. And still no correspondence...
