I went in with an appointment. The were understaffed (per the manager) and continued to accept appointments fully knowing they would not be able to complete the work. Upset customers in the lobby, arguing amongst mechanics (the manager had to deal with it), a manager whom stated ‘unfortunately I am in charge), an inept or under trained service advisor is what I experienced. Insult to injury they never got to my car….eventually saying “our machines are not working”…this was now in after hours. What a mess there. I would stay away, at least until some corporate interventions are in place
