I was scheduled for an oil change with groupon on my Honda Accord. very nice and comfortable waiting area, I wish that they did phone call appointment reminders- luckily I remembered that I had made an appointment online. While waiting, I met with an overly friendly owner, Dave, who was very nice. There was an Italian girl working next to him, who went above and beyond to summarize everything in regard to my car. I just wish that the girl was there every time I'm there because she took the time to answer my questions unlike the other gentleman who seemed frustrated.
