Rip off. Wont finish promised work and extra BS chsrges
Unprofessional and scam artist. Will not finished promised work and will charge you for his mistakes (buys blown motor and installs then has to remove and its my cost?!?!?!?) Then removes your reviews and blocks you on FB. Great business man here AVOID AT ALL COST (HE WILL JUST RIP YOU OFF)

Distressed Travelers handled with ultimate care!
We were distressed travelers on our way to Washington DC to visit our Daughter who is having a baby in a month. We are on our way to 2 baby showers and on Interstate 90.
All of a sudden we begin to get cold air through the heater; Hmmmm??? What could be wrong? Well we pulled over and checked under the hood. What we found was a leaking something or other and steam that smelled like Sweet Glycol from refrigerant.
What we figured out was that we either had a 1. Blown Hose; 2. a Hole in the radiator; or 3. A broken Water pump. Wayne got us in very quickly for a diagnosis and quickly informed us exactly what the problem was (#3) and how much it would cost to fix. I asked him if he could do it right away and he said if we stop talking I can have you our in under three hours. Almost to the minute he called and told us the van was done and that we could pick it up.

We were so grateful to get such great and prompt care that day that it didn't put a drag on our vacation at all and just proceeded on our way to DC. As we returned; and almost heading through Hammond again we received a call from Wayne asking is all was still going well and thanking us for our business. I commented to my wife that I truly respected the level of professionalism and follow-thru delivered by this small shop. That's not just good old Midwest work ethic; that's "pre-meditated deliverance of exceptional service" we all wish to receive when under duress!

Worst mechanics
This is the worst mechanic I’ve ever come across.... I took my truck to Meier’s on the 9th of January and ending paying $1082.60 for an issue with the rear axle. I picked up my ford ranger on the 14th of January and was told everything was fixed. When I drove the vehicle home I didn’t exceed 30 mph so I didn’t feel anything wrong. My husband tried to take the truck on the 15th to work and he called me and told me something was wrong the truck isn’t fixed. I couldn’t believe it I asked him what the truck doing and he proceeded to tell me the truck sounded like a jet engine the faster it went. He got it up to 60mph and decided to bring it back home because he was afraid something was going to happen to the truck. So we called Meier’s and told them something was wrong and it needed to be fixed so we proceeded to drop the vehicle off on the 15th. So apparently these mechanics drove this truck on the expressway and they found absolutely nothing wrong with and told us to pick it up so we did. I picked up the truck on the 16th and drove it on the expressway and as soon as I hit 35 mph I could feel the truck starting to shake and hum I sounded and felt terrible. I just couldn’t believe that these mechanics drove this truck and thought that was normal. I’m no mechanic and knew right away something was really wrong so we decided to take the truck to the Webb ford dealership on the 17th so we can get this truck fixed properly. Now $1566.98 later the truck has been properly fixed.... I went back to Meier’s and asked for a refund because Webb Ford had to completely rebuild this rear axle that was just rebuilt a couple of days before and I was told I should have brought it back to Meier’s and I told the owner “ I did bring it back the very next day and you said there was nothing wrong hence the reason I had to take it to Webb Ford” so now I have to go to small claims court to get a refund for a job terribly done. I would never recommend this place to absolutely anyone the worst service ever and all they can say is it’s a ranger like that is supposed to justify their lack of experience.

Scam service
I brought my car in for service, said I needed a new engine. Never tightened spark plug caps, broke a hose connection. Never again! Do not use this business
