I am a double amputee with the need of a vascular doctor. So I went on Zocdoc and set an appointment with this clinic more than a week ago. They have called me 3 times in the past week to confirm my insurance ID and also the appointment! I got there, on time, and the front desk person asked me to complete an enormous questionnaire while she checked me in. When I finish completing the questionnaire, she told me they didn’t accept my insurance! They had calle me 3 times the week prior! Why not telling mebb by then?
