But I saw a Facebook post for a particular model of Mini that I have always wanted. I went to just take a look and so I drove all the way from MD to PA. Upon getting there I met with Todd who is one of the owners of the Sports Car Center and he explained how he had done a long list of repairs and maintenances on the car. "Yea right, sure..." I was thinking. The car was beautiful. But of course it was hard to believe and trust another person who was trying to sell me a used car. But Todd seemed really honest and genuine. I also met his father who started the business and kept it going all these years. Obviously they would not have been able to do that if they would have practiced dishonest business practices over the years.
After a test drive and reading a few other reviews online, I decided to get the car. For at least a week I was on the edge, every time I would find something not quite right or hear a funny engine sound I would call Todd. And EVERY SINGLE TIME, he returned my call promptly and explain things and worked with me to make things right or to give me assurances that there is nothing wrong with the car. It has been an incredible experience considering the Mini was 13yrs old. Everything could have gone wrong and a terrible disaster. But now, I feel very comfortable and know that I purchased the car as described and promised by the seller for the first time in a long time. I would buy another car if I need to at Sports Car Center from Todd. And I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from Todd at Sports Car Center or get repairs done knowing you really can trust this Shop. Even though I live in MD I plan to go up to Sports Car Center for all my repairs. Thanks again Todd
