Great customer service!
Tim and Kevin help me with an ongoing issue with my AC I have another another appointment at their shop the first of May. Tim explained everything to me in detail are truly appreciated that. it sounds like they're going to be able to fix everything and make it lovely. At least I'm hopeful and excited that it'll be fixed for real this time.

Widowed, 75 year old woman living gotten independently.
I've been using mechanics pride for three years and three vehicles. (I Ludington a wheelchair van) All vehicles have expertly serviced in a timely fashion. At each visit we have received all the information we need to make decisions for repairs. Pricing is consistently competativr. When problems have been dentified I have gotten prompt notification. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend Mechanics pride to friends and neighbors.

Motor replacement
Kevin and the crew did an outstanding job on the motor pull and replacement. Kevin went above and beyond to work with the warranty company and adjuster to ensure I got the very best equipment and customer care. He made this trying time less stressful for me. Thank you so very much, my truck is running way better, I love it and I am grateful to know it’ll last me for a long time to come.😁

Outstanding!
I went in to check for any damage to the undercarriage of my car after running over a random car wheel in the middle of the road. The mechanics quickly looked over my car and used push pins to secure the section of torn splash guard they found. No major damage was found and the work was done quickly. They were very kind and didn't even charge me for the work. Thank you Austin for taking the time. Highly recommended.

Great Place to Take your Car
I stopped by to see if I needed an appointment and an estimate to get windshield wipers and my headlight replaced. I was surprised and happy they were able to take care of my car and squeeze me in. I didn't have to wait very long. Being a military veteran, they gave me a 10% discount. I am thankful and grateful for that. They were quick and efficient.

Another great experience.
I always choose Mechanics Pride. They are qualified and capable, but most importantly to me they are honest. There have been multiple occasions where I have taken a vehicle there expecting major repair work. Instead, I am told that I needed much less or nothing at all. The high standard of ethics here is obvious, and I appreciate that very much!

Start a window on my car and I took it in that Friday. I got it back Monday night so it was a 1 day turnaround. Excellent work, perfect diagnosis, what's really honest and understanding?
I was very pleased with how professional honest up front and fair their pricing was. Kevin was amazing he did exactly what he said. He was gonna do no hidden fees.

Parts Cannon Approach To Auto Repair
Have had a random electrical issue with random error messages in dash on my GMC Yukon XL. Issue is known to GM with a TSB issued for known repairs. Took it to MP to fix and gave them the TSB.

After replacing both the fuse block and battery cable for $1300 I was assured the problem was resolved. Picked up my vehicle on Friday. By Sunday the random messages have happened eight times in one hour. IT GOT WORSE!

It seems this company is only interested in throwing a “parts cannon” at the problems rather than doing an actual diagnostic.

I’m done with MO and going to the dealer never to return.
