We’re from out of town for a funeral for 3 days and not familiar with random laws about backing into a visitor’s parking spot in a complex. With many cars backed in, they randomly select our car at night after just 1 hour visiting, and when we go to get the car, they charge extra fees for “after hours” and take cash only. They fix cars too. I can only imagine the made up charges these criminals come up with. Extortionists who randomly patrol lots “after hours” so they can charge random fees much higher than what’s posted but refer you to the smallest line at the bottom about “other charges may apply,” and hold your car until you pay them cash! I call the police and I didn’t even have to give their name as they are known as “criminals” who patrol lots. Disgusting. I wish I could give 0 stars. Shame on you!
