They are so unprofessional. They DO NOT keep up with your payments on your car and will ruin your credit because they report missed payments, when really they not paying attention to the fact you’ve been paying. They are unprofessional as hell. Even when you prove them wrong, they stop answering the phone and text messages. Then they’ll claim to be so busy to prevent handling your issue. Little girl answers the phone with the worst attitude and she always cursing at the customers. They just want your money and don’t care that they’re messing up your credit or anything. This business is overall bullshit. They speak on being family centered when they don’t even respect each other. 0 out of 10 stars!!!!!!
