Avoid McCarthy Hyundai
My low mileage well maintained 2018 Hyundai Sonata developed a serious oil consumption problem. My 10 year warranty was not honored for bogus reasons. Hyundai was had many class action suits brought against them for this very reason. The engines are terrible. Never again will I buy a car from this dealership. Way to treat a disabled vet...you should be ashamed of yourself

Sebastian in the service was honestly the most attentive and caring serviceman I have ever in my life met. I really do believe that young man is going somewhere. He knows his business and I am so grateful he made a little old lady feel very secure thank you.

What Customer Service?
Out of state buyers don't bother. You will have deal ready to go, credit pulled have to sign on weekend bc people work but NOPE, they don't care that you spent 2 days hammering out details...they sell it out from under you. Terrible

Problem not resolved
The last two times repairs were done, I drove away with the problem not resolved. One of those times, the problem was actually worse. My car died in traffic on my way home. No effort was made to take accountability.

Replacement of Steering Rubber Coupler
My 2013 Hyundai Sonata was in to analyze and replace the steering rubber coupler. It turned out to be exactly what I thought, and I paid for the replacement ($382.69). However, I since heard of a guy who had his car in for the exact same issue. I had over 160000 miles on my car, and he had just over 150000 miles on his car. Hyundai paid for his replacement!!!
This has been such a problem for this model and year of Sonata, that Hyundai extended the warranty for replacement to 10 years or 100000 miles, whichever comes first. I am unhappy that Hyundai doesn't cover this for the life of the car due to the number of occurrences of failure.

Facility needs some updates. We were not given the discount despite available coupons (why not honor your own coupons to customer that purchased car from you and getting it serviced from you)? Please work on your ethics.

Service department great.
Took our car in for oil change and tire rotation. Joe let us know we had 3 recalls on vehicle and they would be done at same time. We dropped off out Pallidade and it was ready in an hour to 1 1/2 hours. Joe was great. Highly recommend McCarthy Hyundai for service needs.
