Always friendly and helpful
I have been going to McBrides for quite a few years now at the suggestion of a repair service manager at a major dealership. They have always been very helpful and upfront about any repairs needed and the costs associated with them. Dave, who answers the phone and works at the front desk, is always so polite and friendly and I always feel comfortable with taking their repair advice.

Great service
On a recent afternoon I encountered an issue while driving to a meeting. The transmission stopped shifting properly, the battery light came on and nothing seemed to be working properly. I called McBride's and they said to bring it in and they would get to it as soon as possible. The diagnosis was that my alternator had failed and needed to be replaced. They had it ready for me in just a couple of hours. All with no appointment! Amazing service.

I called ahead to schedule an oil change. When I arrived they started service immediately. I was able to get the oil change and get back to work nearby in an hour.

Always so trustworthy and helpful
Me and my husband have used McBrides for multiple vehicles. Recently my daughter’s tire popped and she ended up bending the wheel. It was a stressful situation but I wasn’t worried about where we would take it. We had the car towed to McBrides and heard back from them right away with a quote to replace all tires (it’s AWD and the tires were towards the end of their life) and to replace the wheel that was bent. They gave us a great price and even got the work done before they said it would be ready! I feel 100% comfortable telling everyone to go to McBrides because I know they will treat you right and do a great job for you!
