Above and Beyond Service!!!
I will give a little history about my situation and the amazing service I received from a particular service employee named Branko over at Maxon Hyundai. My 2021 Palisade has had alot of issues as I approached the 100,000 mile mark so it has been in and out of the dealership in the past year (all under the extended warranty). The last time it was there for around 4 months and alot of work was done and when I received the vehicle back I expected it to be like brand new. I drove around for about a week and I kept hearing a noise and the vehicle would shake especially on right turns. I called and spoke to Branko and he told me to bring it in and he would take a drive with me. We drove around for almost an hour and of course the car did not make the noise (I think it had something to do with the weight distribution because I always heard the noise when I was alone in the car). Instead of making me feel like I was crazy and telling me nothin was wrong he actually listened to me and he believed me and that meant alot to me. He put the car up on the lift and started to investigate, he basically started taking apart the car looking for the issue. He came back to give me updates multiple times letting me know what was going on. He finally found the issue and took me in the back to show me and I was just so relieved that he listened and believed me. He put me in a loaner and told me he needed to order the part but he assured me this would solve the issue. I recently picked up the vehicle and I waited about a week to write this, just to make sure that the problem was really solved. The vehicle is driving like brand new and I couldnt be happier. I just wanted to give Branko the recognition that he deserves and let him know how much i appreciate everything he did for me. Top Notch Service!!!
