We stopped into Andrew's store on 4-17-23 and Andrew was quick to welcome us and offer help. He managed to do this without seeming to pounce or rush us at all. He is an excellent listener and really wants you to end up with the mattress that fits your needs. He's also done his homework and knows what he's talking about regarding all things having to do with mattresses and related items. We highly recommend that you see him before making a purchase as important as the platform that you will sleep on for years to come.

Outstanding
today i took my son to purchase a king size bed from the store in Nampa. Andrew was amazing and got us the perfect bed. He showed us options and not once did he make us feel like we were being pressured he gave us space and let us make the final decision. This is not the first bed we have bought from them either the great customer service and quality is what keeps us coming back.

Best Matresses in the Valley
Mattress Rx has been my top choice for the past 5 years.
We made the mistake of being talked into the most expensive mattress from another store, we hate it.
Able and his crew at Mattress Rx have sold us 3 beds since, 1 to our parents and 2 to our grandparents. They are knowledgeable, friendly and out to get you a better night sleep. They aren't selling you a bed to line their pockets, they are selling you the best bed for your needs.
I would never go anywhere else.

Andrew was AWESOME! I am naturally skeptical when purchasing, and he was so nice when I told him I wanted to look around and come back, he welcomed it. We were back and now we've got a new amazing mattress! Thank you so much for your help! Ask for Andrew, you won't be disappointed!

Andrew did a stupendous job explaining to my husband and I the pros and cons with mattresses. Without pushing for a sale.

Great service!
Abel was our guy! As soon as we walked in the door he was there to answer any questions we had. He was able to point us in the right direction and help us find a bed that matched both our sleeping styles.

Great Deal!
Great deals, quick delivery and friendly customer service. I really enjoy my new mattress that I bought on year end closeout at amazing pricing. They offered same day delivery but I had them wait till the next day but they were in and out in less than 5 minutes including the removal the old mattress. Bob was informative, friendly and receptive to our mattress needs to help with my lower back pain and just two days later my back is already feeling much better. Thank you Bob and I will see you again for our next mattress.
