I found Matthew's Service & Repair 5 years ago when I moved to Charlotte. Whether it has been an emergency, annual inspection, routine service or big ticket items like the alternator they just replaced, it has always been an honest, fair garage.
I've often asked them to make sure my car was "trip ready" when I was taking long trips, and I always felt confident my car was just that.
This isn't a garage that will tell you need something you don't. When I thought my recent issue was the alternator, Stephen assured me they'd look at all the other causes for malfunction first, before assuming it's the alternator -- not wanting to waste time & money.
It was the alternator, and at 107,000+ miles on my 2013 Toyota Corolla, it was also time to replace the original spark plugs.
