The service department was run worse than any business I've ever seen . People in the service department are the rudest I've ever met, plus to talk to anybody on the phone you had to ask to speak to the manager of the dealership to get one of the people in the service department to talk to you on the phone. Nobody would ever answer the phone and the answering machine was always full. When you finally did get to talk to somebody they were very rude and talk down to you.
