Very glad to have Matsenko going to bat for me against Assurant in fulfilling warranty work on my 2016 Volkswagen Golf R. I was sold a vehicle with a bad rear differential preventing the AWD system from functioning correctly and led to noise which had been incorrectly diagnosed at other independent mechanics in the area. Matsenko was able to correctly diagnose the issue as being related to the differential, ultimately leading to replacement of the entire assembly for a truly eye-watering sum (billed to Assurant). During the repair process, the same major pain point existed as with my 1991 Celica GT: communication from the shop was overall poor, and I had to reach out multiple times over the four weeks my vehicle was being repaired for updates. When I did call, information was scarce and time estimates were essentially meaningless in the face of parts availability and dealing with Assurant claims. Now that the repair has been completed, I am very happy with the quality of work performed, and hope to continue doing business with Matsenko.
