Really impressed with service at Matsenko. Struggled to find local mechanics willing to work on this vehicle in the past, but Will did an excellent job diagnosing long standing issues and providing a path to repair while staying within budget. Would recommend friends and family who value getting the job done right. Moving forward, I would like to see better communication whether it be via text or phone calls throughout the repair process, as I had to reach out for updates myself throughout the repair process, including when approval was needed to move forward with repairs.
