I am not pleased with my Massey salesman.I made a trip over from Hedgesville to test drive a car only to find out that the car had not passed MD state inspection yet.Looked at the car before it was cleaned up and salesman said he would text pictures-never happened!His whole attitude changed when I said that I was interested in purchasing the car,he sent me the wrong quote,the price had dropped by about $500 and I had written down the new price.I ask about a tool that I had found in the trunk and he said he didn't know,I looked it up on my phone only to find out that it was a towing hook.I noticed that he had my daughter's email
address written down instead of mine ,when I told him about it he said it was ok.My daughter started getting an overwhelming amount of emails from Massey,I texted him so he finally changed it.I am missing floor mats for my car,I told him about it the day I picked up the car,floor mats are a standard part of any car,I saw plastic on the floorboard but thought it was there cause they had cleaned the car,others cars I had test drove had plastic down to keep the floor clean.I had hoped to find a car att the Honda dealership cause those guys understand customer service,they texted me pictures of cars they thought I might be interested in.I simply want a set of floor mats,wouldn't you?You send me letters about being part of the Massey family,I have called before and either the voice mail is full or no one returns my call.
