Horrible Business!!!!
I purchased THREE cars from Mass Motors at once. Upon purchase of the first was told by MASS it would be checked out at the shop as well as detailed (as MASS had just acquired it on the lot that morning). Let's say the simple detail was completed but NO repairs were done as promised. The first car, a BMW M3 bought on July 19th and have yet to have position of it for more than SIX days, AS IT WAS SOLD TO ME WITH A BLOWN MOTOR. JOHN promised repairs (new motor) to be done or the loan to be reverted, however, John had issues with other management and cut me a check for $600 for all the issues, brought it to my work, apologized, then shortly left the company leaving SCOTT to handle it. However, the car has been in the shop THREE times within the last THREE months since and each time returned to us in the same condition with shop saying they are not equipped to handle BMW motors and MASS is refusing engine replacement promised. In THREE months we have had possession of the car for only SIX days. SCOTT will ignore all texts, ignore calls both on cell phone and business phone, having his workers claim he is in meetings for "weeks" on end, has not returned calls, and refused to give the owner my messages stating "he will not do anything or care". SO here I am with a BMW M3 sitting with a blown motor, never having gotten to drive the car, a hefty loan, ignored by Mass, and treated poorly by Scott and when I call (but offering me to come in and trade it in for a new car, JOKES!!!!). Not to mention the second car has clutch issues, and the third was told minor body damage that is now proven to be in a collision with frame damage and major issues. SCOTT and MASS do not provide ethical business, there promises are NOTHING, and the owner has NO cares or concerns for anything besides making a dollar. DO NOT PURCHASE CARS FROM HERE if you are smart!!!!!
