Charge lot of money didn't spend much time working on my car..multiple customers that came after me was serviced first..bissness mostly for car maintanance..not fixing cars.... Was told to come at 8am..mechanic didn't get to my car till 9am. Waited for 7 hours. They changed 3 small things charged me a lot for labor..my car got worse . Was told to drive my car around and call them if It dies again..which means they didnt test drive it? Another part came at 230pm next day they didnt call me, when I called they I was told too busy to help me. So I brought my car next dayc8am...again most customers came after me was serviced before me. Some of them were given a a lend car to drive home..( not me)...whatever they did my car got worse. Cause it got worse they didn't charge me second time. Also they were trying to hide that it got worse. I heard mechanic telling the boss it got worse. But into my face they told me it runs good...when I asked why you not charging me if it runs good . I was told cause we didn't fix the car. A day later my car completely stopped running. The owner is hard talking to..like severly grumpy.

Martha, I'm sorry about your experience here at our shop. You brought in your car without an appointment. The other people you are referencing had appointments for service work & repairs. Sometimes repairs take a lot longer than expected because of parts availablilty. Loaner cars --( when available) are given to customers who have reserved them when making their appointments. We didn't charge you for the second repair because we wanted to make sure the part we installed took care of the problem. Obviously based on your 1 Star review it did not repair the car. You never contacted us after you got the car back to let us know the vehicle condition. I'm sorry you feel like we are unable to repair your car. And we appreciate the feedback.
