Quality of parts and repairs
I am pleased with the care and the quality of Mike's and employee's work. I like the fact that he does examine other parts that may pertain to the initial area of work, in how it may reflect on future problems occurring with the vehicle. I appreciate the fact that he uses a better quality of parts in the repairs. The fact that he stands behind his work, lends a bit more confidence in dealing with him and his business rather than other businesses. His accuracy with determining vehicle failures, and honesty, is comforting. This is the second time I have had Mike service my vehicle, and have been pleased with the work.
