Extremely Long wait and car is not right ??‍♀️
After 11 weeks of having the car, they NEVER communicated with us. We had to keep calling asking for updates while being told next week, next week and next week. When the car was actually done, I only found out because I called daily and asked for the status and was told, “oh it’s ready for pick up”. They then tried to upcharge us an additional $430 on top of the $250 deductible for shop supplies and other random things. I called the warranty company and had the ins rep and the rep from auto shop talk before they dropped all them random fees and only charged the expected deductible. Today is roughly 30 hours after we picked up the car and I need to take the car to a dealership to find out why the engine is idling higher than it should. We drove the car at 20-40mph and the rpm goes up to 4/5 which is way too high. Soo now I’m frustrated because I have to have another location check out the engine. Keep in mind, this shop replaced the engine after saying it was faulty but we NEVER HAD A CHECK ENGINE light come on. Overall our experience was not good with the lack of communication and working in a timely manner, I have never had an experience like this. I hope I never have to go back there. I’m used to professionalism and proper customer service.
