0/5 Stars DO NOT TAKE Your car to Mark's Auto in Indiana, PA. He held my wifes car hostage for 4 months for a repair that should have taken 3 weeks at most. You cant call him because his phone rings right to voicemail which is full so you cant leave a message. He only responds to texts if he feels like it. So the only way to contact him is to goto his shop during business hours and it seemed like he was closed more then he was open. Wifes car blew a head gasket in Feb of 25, it was under warranty but Marks Auto was the only place that was allowed to repair it in my area so was forced to take it there. Took him 6 weeks to do that repair. Work was under another 1 year Warranty. 11 months later car broke down again and once again had to take it to Mark. This time it took him 4 months and even though it was under warranty he charged us an extra $500 on top of what he ripped off the warranty company for. He offered no loaner car which meant that we had to figure out a way to get my wife to and from work for 4 months while he took his time with the repair. 0/5 Stars. Do not take your car there.
