Follow up to review from 7/22
Update: After my initial experience, I was contacted directly by Matt Horne, the shop manager, who completely turned things around. He took my concerns very seriously and offered to redo the work at no cost.

What stood out was Matt’s dedication to making things right: he postponed the rework until he returned from time off so he could personally oversee the repairs, and he had the job redone three times until it met the standard he knew I was expecting. My WRX now looks exactly as it did before the accident, and I genuinely appreciate the care that went into the final result.

While my initial experience was disappointing, Matt’s leadership and follow-through completely changed my impression of this shop. I can now confidently recommend them, knowing that they’re willing to go the extra mile to ensure a customer walks away satisfied.

If You Care About Your Car, Go Elsewhere
I brought my 2002 WRX here for collision repairs and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. For a repair that cost over $1,900 (Driver-side Fender R&I and Front Bumper Rpr), I expected a much higher standard—especially from a shop claiming automaker certification.

The paint job was full of avoidable defects: blue specks, a sprayed-over eyelash, clear-coat runs, and overspray in areas that should’ve been masked off. The replacement fender was also poorly installed, with noticeable misalignment where it meets the front bumper—nothing like the original factory fit on the opposite side. On top of that, a sticky residue was left on the side marker light, and several of these issues strongly suggest carelessness or poor tool maintenance.

I trusted this shop with a car I truly care about, and I regret it. What’s worse is that I had to advocate heavily just to have the work approved, only to be left chasing flaws that should never have happened in the first place.

I strongly caution others to inspect their vehicles closely if using this shop and to consider other options if you expect detail-oriented, quality craftsmanship.
