Mario's Auto Repair strives for perfection and highly values customer service. I have been serving the community since 1985 and have been at my current location since 1996. We take care of generations of families in and around the Chicago-land area. We are a multi-lingual facility fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. We stay up to date with the latest automotive technology, and I have been an ASE Certified Master Technician for over 20 years. Robert Mendez has been a technician at Mario's Auto Repair for over ten years and is highly experienced in all aspects of the automotive industry. Vincent Caponigro, my son, is an apprentice technician. Here at Mario's Auto Repair we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Replace rear rotors/brakes
Replaced the items I needed and did in a reasonable manner considering they were completely booked. They took the time out of the day to fix the issues with my rotors and brakes

Volkswagen atlas work.
Marios repair shop is the best in the area for sure. They are fairly priced and also provide honest and great service. I've taken three different vehicles over the years for work and was happy with the work every time.

Nailed it!
Brought my truck to Mario which had been serviced by a different shop. Mario fixed what they did wrong and noticed some other items that needed attention. Mario is honest and worth every penny.

Does excellent work quickly at a good price and cares about making his customers happy.
Exceptional work, exceptional people. Definitely would recommend them again and again! Had to bring my car in for work as it was making a terrible humming noise as well as a chirping noise coming from two different areas of my car. Car also had an occasional rattling sound from under engine when idling. Mario quickly determined issues causing the problems, provided me a few options for repair and was able to get all of the items repaired all while I was at work so the car was ready when my shift ended. To help me with getting my car they provided door to door service. This is almost unheard of in today world of auto repair. Loved that he wasn't pushing me and insisting I get certain items fixed immediately but provided advice to monitor them to save on spending when it was not absolutely necessary. I drive an old car that I want to be safe and keep running for a few more years if possible. Mario was not only fully understanding of my desire to keep repair costs low but provided options to do so but not sacrifice quality and make smart choices on options for repair so this could be done. I have used his shop in the past and have always been happy with the results but today he showed what a first class business they really are! Well Done Mario!

Fantastic re assuring
Mario was awesome, the only trust worthy mechanic i found, he also showed me the real cause of our cars problem. He was fair with price and explained everything to us. I would recommend him to anyone

They work fast and have Spanish speakers
I switch to Mario shop 2 months ago after being with my old mechanic from 10 years ago and I am beyond happy that I switched to Mario . They are very good at communicating with you and work around you with your car . Time and date very understanding. They are very reasonable with pricing and always polite and professional. I am staying at Mario shop and thrust them with my car
