Erica surprised me by researching the details of everything prior to her call. She went above and beyond to provide great, accurate and knowledgeable service. She's a cut above the rest and a great asset to the company in my opinion.

Knowledgeable staff, pleasant workers. Confidence in their work.
I found the staff polite & genuinely interested in hearing the details of my car’s problem. The service provided was quickly and efficiently done. The only drawback was that the cost was a bit more than I expected, even with the AAA labor discount (but maybe that’s just the cost of things nowadays)
everyone there was super kind and helpful. really felt like a great place.

Quick service with honest results.
I brought in a newly purchased used car that wouldn’t start. They were able to track down a hidden aftermarket alarm that was malfunctioning and was able to remove it. After a thorough check the car starts right up and is ready to roll. Thank you!!

I’ve had my vehicles serviced at Marconi’s for many years now. Their reputation is well known in these parts as being trustworthy, reliable, professional, and friendly.
