Horrible Experience on the Service Side. Stay Away, unless you want another large bill...

Maple Grove, BP Service Center- Horrible experience. I brought my car here after a great experience last year. It was taken in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car, it showed that no work was done. Meaning nothing was reset in the car and no sticker indicating work was done. In addition, the tires were all low. I turned around and brought it back to address. After the service technician spent a good hour trying to figure out how to reset things in the car. He got angry and walked away and stated, "he should have never worked on my car; he doesn't know BMW's". Then, he stopped talking to me. At that time, I tried to leave, well my check engine light was now on. So, I turned around again and brought it back. At this time, the service technician still wouldn't talk to me. I asked the other guy working in service to refund and help. He threw the paperwork at me and also stopped talking to me. Another customer seen this and informed me to call the police, that this type of behavior isn't acceptable. I called the police and called my dad up to try and work with this place. Well, they treated him in the same manner. The nice lady inside working at the gas station side was trying her hardest to get a hold of her manager. Long story short, I left with my check engine light on. The manager was supposed to call me to address, that has not happened. When I did speak with the gas station manager, she informed me that she doesn't work until Monday and will follow up on Monday (this was Friday and now it's a week past). She clearly was not going to help me. Now my car is at the dealership to address the issues this station caused. This place shouldn't be in business. How do I get a hold of the owner of this BP??
