Was very satisfied with the work that Mobil did on my Lexus, what I was disappointed about was all the miles that were put on my car which I noticed when I had returned home with my vehicle. I had filled up my gasoline tank before taking my car to be serviced so I knew how many miles until empty on my tank. Unbeknownst to me after getting home and having all 4 tires replaced there were 36 miles that were put on my car. Now I could understand maybe 4 or 5 when they take it for a test drive, but 36.. just very disappointing and concerning that someone could’ve been driving around in my car all afternoon 😩

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. It’s great to hear that you were satisfied with the work done on your Lexus – it’s always nice when our vehicles come out looking and feeling as good as new. However, we totally understand your concern regarding the extra miles. The reason for this is because your car needed an alignment and we needed to drive to our other location where they have the proper equipment to get it done. We hope that we did not inconvenience you too much, as we want to ensure that every customer feels confident their vehicle is in good hands.
