Increasing price and Customer service
I was referred by Friend to the shop to get my girlfriend Range Rover fixed. I was very disappointed with the service and the price changed . I was given a price a final price then I was told the computer system needed to be checked which was for an extra $500 .Then we were hit with
$1000 extra for the final price.

It's certainly not ideal when pricing takes a detour, and I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it feels like you're on a roller coaster instead of on the road. This car had numerous issues, some of which  the personwho was paying the bill chose not to due.
The car was at another shop and they left alot of issues that we repaired for free.'
The car had a suspension issue (caused by another shop) that required a further diagnostic fee of of $500 , which was agreed upon
It was founf out that the previious shops poor workmanship hurt a suspension valve of which I told the owner that the suspension needed this AND gave them a very discounted price

I am extremely disappointed in this review as we delivered the car to the OWNER in Queens who was extremmely happy with our work and professional and was extremely happy that we delivered the car 20 iles away as she needed it

Communication is key!!!!
Richie I thank you for that response but, that's a definite no.As I was saying clear communication from Luis would have definitely alleviated most of this, instead of Luis taking some accountability for his actions, he starts in with what he did?? Which are again MORE lies. "I was waiting for this" "I am a gentlemen" I am a woman of God and throughout all this continued to try to have a positive, respectful line of communication.Please don't, you clearly show who you are and my name is Ms. Poe. I'm not "she" and you will not continue to pretend like you "gave me" "ordered for me" "discounted me". Only you, I and God knows what happened. the reason for my review was so that you would see how your actions caused my family and myself as stated undue stress, frustration and unnecessary financial hardship.Luis,you in no way tried to alleviate any of these, just seemed to make things progressively worst. The lack of clear active communication from the start, and the lack of transparency played one of the biggest parts in this.I rarely write reviews but after looking at the reviews that you received while my truck was there, it all seemed a little, NO a·lot biased.

Disrespectful,UNPROFESSIONAL, dishonest, and I'm almost certain I was taken advantage of.
I brought my 2005 Nissan Pathfinder in the last week of July and was just given my inspection sticker on Tuesday Aug
26th.I was lied to lied on, harassed by·Luis via text. I was never able to have a verbal conversation with any of the "owners" "partners".I bought most of my parts. Radio was working when brought in and was pretty much told I was lying about it being fixed. I am also to a previous customer who has been to all 3 locations. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with an auto shop.I was never emailed an estimate but after work was done given a price of $2000.00, came to pick up my truck( bag to bring my mechanic friend?) And after checking the receipt to the repairs noticed that the A/C was still not fixed that a part I was charged for was not installed on the truck, I would call to speak to someone and would be placed on hold and then hung up on. Then Louis would tell me one thing and do another, there was no communication between the "owners" Louis would tell me to bring the car and when I did the first time Richie is yelling at the to of his lungs asking "why am I there" I explained the Louis told me to bring it in, he then proceeds to go talk to Dave and Louis and I practically was there being ignored? was told they didn't have time to fix my car that they were busy WHATTT!! I just paid you $1900 and still can't drive my vehicle. They would have my truck sitting on the street all after week with no verbal communication from anyone. I was told via text that this is how they communicate and I stated from the beginning this line of communication was very disrespectful and unprofessional, but I am actually glad he did so because now I have documented proof of the threats to have my car put into public parking, that he is not doing the work on the car, dates and times I was being blatantly lied to about parts being ordered. No email with an estimate that I asked for the day after taking the car in which the car was there that first week and wasn't looked at until the following Monday. When trying to address Richie(owner) about my issues and concerns was cut off tried to inform him on how I felt disrespected, unsatisfied and over charged stated yelling that I should be worried about my inspection sticker. I'm almost certain they would not have dealt with a man the way they dealt with me.All I wanted was for the truck to be looked over thoroughly and stated this to them as my main concern because I have to drive my children, grandchildren in the truck and I needed to be assured we were safe. Not only did I get a ticket for not having my inspection due to them taking so long the temp. that was given had expired and I was told I could not receive a new one, was kept bring told to take it and drive it until whatever codes clear, my radio is not working they wouldn't even look at it was told if they did I would have to pay for the labor(in addition to the $1900 paid already), my truck was notlllllllbrought in and they were aware that the box wasn't secure on Aug.20, my 21y/o only daughter was driving on the Bruckner and the hood pooped up shattering the windshield THANK GOD she was not hurt(scared her, causing undone anxiety) had to go have the windshield replaced elsewhere for $225.00, when taking the truck back on the 27th of Aug. one of the many mechanics asked if the hood popped up he was told yes and he stated sorry to hear that, Sorry to hear that ?? It was only because of God's grace and mercy that my child was not hurt or killed.
I'm sure the are going to come back with all sorts of lies trying to cover them selves, trying to attack me. But, God as my witness I have no reason to lie about or on anyone. All I wanted was to be able to use my truck to take my family out and enjoy what was left of summer before school started. But instead end up on this season of the TWILIGHT ZONE. If anyone can give me any advise on how to deal with this matter. Thank you all for taking the time to listen to, me.I truly appreciate it.

I was waiting for this response and am a gentleman. The bottom line is that I personally bought the part to make her pass inspection and the texts were the communication as any time I tried to talk it was met with negative responses .
The original confirmed estimate was $2500-which was agreed to. Shegot a $600 break and another $400 repair for free.
