I purchased a vehicle from Major Key Motors on September 13, 2025, and it has been a terrible experience. Within three months, the vehicle developed serious engine issues. It has now been sitting at Jeep for over 10 weeks. I’ve contacted Major Keys and got ignored for days on end and most times, no response at all. They do not have the best communication. Despite multiple attempts to get help, Major Key Motors has taken zero responsibility and offered no real assistance.
I also purchased their “Top” warranty, Wynn Premier, which was denied due to rust, rust that developed while the engine was torn down and left exposed during this prolonged repair process, that Wynn Premier requested. This is not something I caused, yet I’m being stuck with the consequences. To make matters worse, after all of this, their only response was essentially “let us know if we can help in the future!,” which is completely unacceptable. This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles or their warranties. Buyers should proceed with EXTREME caution.
