Misleading and unwilling managment to correct unsafe poor sale
I went into the dealer to see a jeep I liked. I was taken for a very short drive. I was told jeep was inspected and cleared for safe sale. I put 1500 down. I had it for 3 days and noticed aloud tap in the engine. Took it to a reputable mechanic. They had it over a mouth to find and fix the issue. Tap was not resolved and I paid out over 2500. Then I developed very loud break squealing had breaks replaced still happening had breaks and rotor removed and cleaned another 300 dollars still squealing. W I have the anti lock break ands engine light on and is about 500 dollars to fix. I have emailed and text dealer to discuss this and work out a trade for a working jeep with no responses or reasons this is all my fault. I have gone into the shop to be sold another car with even more money down. Company is refusing to contact me to work to make this right. This vehicle is sold for over 27000. I am putting hundreds into it on top of the monthly payments and it is not being repaired. Note it is a safety issue. I have contacted my Congressman my Senator, the BBB and filed with the Attorney General. Next is the Federal Trades Commission and to file in court. The owner has given me note support to even try to make such a poor sale correct. It is apparent this owner is for the sale and not the integrity of the sale. Please have any purchase from there checked by your own mechanic.
