Knowledgeable and great customer service

No problem is too large to solve for them
It looked like there was a TON of extra paperwork that had to be done for my home purchase. However, it didn't even phase Main Street Title. They made the closing process a lot easier than it would've been. The office staff are very courteous. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience.

Glad I picked Main Street Title - we are out-of-state purchasers
I was so glad that I picked Main Street Title. I felt less nervous about buying our retirement property in Shenandoah County after talking to Kerrie and Jessica. We are from out-of-state and I was comfortable dealing with these people. Very accommodating. Knew how to handle a "send away" closing and law firms representing the other parties. Did a great job explaining how everything was going to work and so I was not anxious about the remote closing. I also had driven by the company location previously and picked the firm from my local realtor's recommendation list.
