Chris, the estimator, and Tracy, the front desk receptionist, were both friendly and helpful. Chris kept me updated on the repair progress of my Subaru Outback. Repair work was done quickly, quality of work outstanding. Car computer was calibrated correctly. I appreciated their help with a car rental with discount.

Tracey was able to get me in for an estimate two days earlier than my insurance company had scheduled, and she extended great hospitality to my partner and me at the shop, answering all our questions. Eric and John were cheerful and professional during the initial walk around the car. They determined that the repair was likely minor and, if parts were available, could possibly be completed in one day. Eric was clear about what Mackin's would do to get us back on the road ASAP. John immediately set out to get the parts delivered the same day. Neither of them over promised, which I appreciate, and it was clear from their actions that they would do everything possible to make sure things were done right.
My insurance company had told me that it could take as long as three weeks to get my car back. The Mackin's team had me rolling in a good-as-new car in less than 36 hours! Well done! Thank you!

Our Forester looks like new after Mackins repaired a dent and long scratch across two doors. We’re very pleased with the work and the people there are very pleasant. From the very first meeting Mackin’s was nothing short of professional. The whole process, the estimate meeting m, the dropping off of my vehicle, picking up my rental which all happened at the same time at Mackin’s. The rental car was brought to me there. The process took longer than I wanted but that wasn’t Mackin’s fault it was the supply chain issues, but my car was immaculate when I picked it up. I felt like I was stepping into a brand new car. They detailed it! That was the most unexpected!! But so enjoyed besides having my car back. Everything works, all of the censors everything the first time. I will go back to Mackin’s if ever I need this kind of help again.
Getting hit by another car is never a good time. However, Tracy and Nick were just great at every step of the way to help plan the drop off and pick up of my vehicle. The communication was clear and considerate. The updates through text were super convenient and helpful to ease my mind about my vehicle. Mackin’s was the only shop in the area that was able to take in my vehicle immediately. Do to nationwide staffing shortages and parts on back order, most shops were not able to take my car until August (I was hit in mid June.)
Tracy was amazing to work with and arranged to have my vehicle from the dealership to their shop. Hannah kept me updated the entire time with texts to let me know about parts being on back order and when assembly and painting were finished. Everyone was easy to work with. I would recommend using Mackin’s.
