I brought my ford in because it was overheating, they took five days to just look at it. My service contact person was the WORST !! " Barbara " She never called when she said she would. I called everyday for any information. but no response. I left my number and she never called. The only time she called was to tell me the problem with the cost. I indeed paid the cost of over $3000. dollars. Only to pick up my vehicle, to have the same problem, still overheating. Now my vehicle is there again working on a week. With again NO RESONSE. I sure hope you don't treat all your guest like this. I'm hoping I get a call from manager who really cares about customer service.My car was there on March 10th thur March the 17th now again on March the 28 thur today which is April the 4th. What's it gonna take for ya'll to get it right.
