Great service!
Stopped in to see if they did inspection stickers. They did and the guy was super friendly and nice and got me worked in as a walk-in and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service!!

Go-to, one-stop shop for all thing automotive
Words cannot say how great this shop is! They are literally the only ones in town that are willing to repair my Mercedes-Benz. Everywhere within 50 miles we’re afraid to touch it unless to change the tires. I would take my bicycle to Astorg Benz in Charleston. Mechanics cannot properly diagnose issues, instead want to charge, to just make it easier on them, to replace all parts with new ones, regardless whether it needs it or not. This is how they profit - selling marked up parts, high labor rates and poor customer focus. I’ll give an example, my battery went out, so oh course it was towed to them from Beckley. They wanted to charge me over $8,000. to fix my vehicle, that wasn’t including towing (which is free from Mercedes). I paid to have it towed elsewhere which costs me a grand total of $1100. That’s all before I found Mac Auto. Never again will I go anywhere else but here. I trust these guys. They do a far greater job and look out for all customers!

Honest work
Mac auto saved me a ton of money when I took my vehicle there for service. In fact, they didn't charge me after a mechanic said I didn't need to replace parts that a dealership wanted to charge me 2209.00 for front end work. Mac auto will be my go to garage from now on!!!
