Amazing work
Jim is the lifeline I never knew I needed. He brought my C300 back to life. I knew as soon as I started her she was fixed. She’s driving better than ever. His pricing was fair and he explains everything in plain English. I will take my car no where else!!!!!
My experience was exceptional, efficient and quick.

Very welcoming reception, however I would have appreciated a more thorough
description of his understanding of my request for a B3 service .
This was my first experience outside of the dealership. I am a senior, on my 2nd
Ownership of a Mercedes was a bit anxious leaving the nest.
Jim was patient and reassuring.
The savings was worth a bit of anxiety.
I have an old Mercedes that needed a few things, and Jim took care of everything. His prices are fair, he really knows his stuff, he’s honest, and he’s great to talk with. Highly recommended.
You have two options. Onto these guys and have your Mercedes repaired/services at a reasonable price. Or go to the Mercedes dealer a couple blocks away and pay two to three times the cost. Of course the Mercedes dealer has a comely hostess greeting you, free coffee and they wash your car afterwards.
Me? I don’t need a cute receptionist, I buy my own coffee and I know where the local car washes are. But that’s just me.
