My 19 year old daughter was stranded in Colby when her car broke down on her way from Lawrence, KS to Colorado. She was 5 hours away from home and 5 hours away from her destination. It happened on a Saturday and her car was towed to a one man repair shop that was closed for the weekend. Monday morning I called and was told that he couldn't repair her car until December! I called another place in town and got the same answer. I was very frustrated and upset that nobody seemed to understand her situation. Then I called M C Auto Repair. What a great shop with wonderful staff! Neil didn't hesitate to call my daughter immediately to find out details about her break down and pick up her car from the other shop. He didn't stop there - he then had a vehicle delivered to her and her friends so they wouldn't be stuck with their luggage, wandering the streets of Colby all day. On top of all that greatness he stayed several hours late to finish the car so my daughter could be on her way. Thank you M C Auto Repair for your great costumer service and compassion!
