Had a leak in the water line which strained the fluid, causing the car to lose its heat and I wasn’t sure what was happening. I drove it directly to Mobil for review.
When I was driving. I realized something was wrong with the car so I drove directly to the Mobil station, and Jay came out and talked with me and said that he would do whatever he could to try and look at it as soon as he could, the station was full and I knew he had a lot of cars waiting for him. I left the car overnight and he called me and told me the next afternoon and explained what had happened and how he took care of it. I really appreciate the service that I get at the Mobil station and Jay is so considerate and understanding especially with like customers like me who do not know anything about what is under the hood of a car. I’m so thankful and feel so comfortable that I can always go to Mobil and know they will do their very best to get everything finished as soon as possible.
