Lynn Hyundai Failed Me – Go Elsewhere for Service
Hyundai issued a warranty for my vehicle due to the white paint peeling. I brought my car to Lynn Hyundai, where they confirmed it was covered—but I still had to pay $550, with the rest supposedly covered by Hyundai. Fine.

Then came the real nightmare. They kept my car for three weeks without offering a replacement vehicle. And after all that time, they returned my car with the damage still there! There were still visible paint chips, and they didn’t even touch the hood. What was the point of all that waiting?

The lack of communication, poor customer service, and overall incompetence at Lynn Hyundai in Bloomfield made this entire experience horrible. Now, I have to bring my car back AGAIN to fix what should have been done right the first time.

If you need Hyundai service, I highly recommend avoiding Lynn Hyundai. Instead, go to Hudson Hyundai in Jersey City or Maxon Hyundai in Union—they actually know how to take care of their customers.
