Hi Phil, I'm sorry that we let you feel that way! I don't want anyone to feel that we haven't gone the extra mile for them. I certainly always try too. If you're willing Phil, I would love to hear from you either through this forum publicly or privately on how I can do a better job? As well as, what made you feel that we hadfn't gone anove and beyond.
